One of the more popular ones is from supplement maker, NOW Foods, which has more than 545 reviews. 68% of these are 5-Star, but let’s take a quick look at the positive reviews, and then a couple of the reviews that weren’t as complimentary, just to get an idea of what folks on both ends of the spectrum have to say about this stuff:
It’s important to note that they majority of reviews tend to be on the positive side. The negative reviews I read didn’t have anything particularly bad to say, it just looks like it doesn’t happen to work for everyone.
With that in mind, you may just want to give it a try to see if it’s something that may work for you. It’s cheap enough on Amazon or Thrive, that you could buy it without making a huge investment. If you do see some positive results from taking it, then your small investment may actually be worth it!
Bromelain appears to be a valuable health supplement for a lot of people. The reviews tend to be overwhelmingly positive, with a lot of people saying it helped with sinus, pain, and inflammation issues.
