The Mayo Clinic Diet is one of the best weight loss systems in the world, and for good reason, too – it was designed by a team of experts, and is backed my one of the leading health institutions on the planet, so you know it’s going to work.
On top of all that, they have put together a system that is easy to follow, sets you up for long-term weight loss success, and teaches you how cook healthy and get the right amount of exercise.
A lot of people assume that because you’re going to be following a “healthy” diet, that the food you’re eating isn’t going to taste good.
That’s not the case with the Mayo Clinic Diet, however.
They’ll show you exactly how to make delicious, home-cooked meals, that you’ll actually look forward to eating – and the best part is, you’ll lose a lot of weight in the process!
Keep reading below to get a sneak peak at the Mayo Clinic Diet, and a quick look at just a few of the foods you’ll be enjoying…

A Program That’s Actually Easy-to-Follow
Hopefully, this menu gives you a pretty good idea about what a typical day on the Mayo Clinic Diet will look like (read our full review to learn more). As you can see, they keep things pretty simple, but that is to your advantage, really.
This diet is going to be about some complicated system for weight loss, that is almost impossible to maintain over the long haul – it’s really just about making smart choices with your eating and exercise habits, and they provide the exact blueprint for making these choices.
As long as you follow the Mayo Clinic menu, you should absolutely lose weight, feel healthier, and establish a routine that you can establish as a normal part of your everyday life.
They simplify things by making real fruits and vegetables as the core of their food pyramid, sprinkled in with healthy, lean proteins like seafood, salmon, and white meat chicken.
Follow the Pyramid to success!
Is it Easy to Get Started with the Mayo Clinic Diet?
If you have become accustomed to a life of over-indulgence, then there will be an adjustment period when you first start the diet, but that should be expected with any change you make in life.
If you start feeling hungry at any point during the day, you can always grab some fresh fruits or veggies. If you have to use canned fruits or vegetables, just make sure to drain them before eating.
Either way, these sources of healthy fibers should help keep you feeling fuller for longer, without adding too many calories to your diet plan.
How the Menu Helps You Lose Weight
The Mayo Clinic Diet rolls out in a couple of different phases. During the first phase, you’re going to jump-start your weight loss, and you can lose up to 6 to 10 pounds during your first two weeks following their menu.
You’re going to learn the right food and habits you’ll need to put into action in order to lose weight, and you’ll also figure out what’s causing you to gain so much weight in the first place.
Phase two involves you putting everything you’ve learned into action, and you’ll continue to lose about 1 to 2 pounds per week until you’ve reached your weight loss goals.
During both of these phases, you will be using the Mayo Clinic Diet menu to keep on track with your weight loss and health goals. They’ll give you access to hundreds of delicious and healthy recipes, meal plans, and serving guides.
You’ll also want to make sure you’re using their food journal and weight tracker to make sure you’re staying on pace to reach your goals.
Use the App for Best Results
