Weight Watchers Freestyle Zero Points Foods
Their new zero Points foods are what make the Freestyle program different, however. These are 200+ Weight Watchers foods that you don’t ever have to worry about tracking or portioning – that means you’re free to eat them whenever you want.
Here are just a few of the Freestyle foods that count for Zero Points:
- Skinless Chicken Breast
- Fish & Seafood
- and Many More!
These foods help to simplify your life! With any of the foods on the Weight Watchers Zero Points list, you won’t have to weigh, measure, or track them, just prepare and ENJOY!
Weight Watchers Rollover Points
We’ve all heard of “rollover minutes”…Now you can do it with your Weight Watchers Points! With Freestyle, you can use your SmartPoints budget on any of the foods you like, but if you have extra leftover at the end of the day, you can roll them over to another day!
This adds flexibility to the Weight Watchers plan, and makes it more livable too! Think about it this way – let’s say you know you’re going to go out to a nice meal with friends on Saturday – you can keep things light Friday, save some of your points, and you will have extra points to use for a fun evening on the town!
Freestyle is Proven to Work
Weight Watchers put this new Freestyle program to the test in a series of clinical trials. During these trials, participants reported fewer food cravings and fewer hunger pains.
Nearly 3 out 4 people were happy with their weight loss at the 6-month mark, and more than 93% of them said WW Freestyle helped them to feel healthier.
For the participants who had tried other diets before, more than 82% of them said that Freestyle was easier to follow than other programs, and about 93% said it gave them more flexibility when it came to making foods choices when compared to other times they had tried to lose weight in the past.
If you head to the Weight Watchers website, you can find dozens of positive reviews, from real members who have had success using the Freestyle program. I encourage you to read them if you have the time – there are some really inspiring reviews!
Here are just a couple that really stood out:
The Husband Wife Team
Losing weight and getting in shape can be a lot easier when you have a partner to keep you accountable, and that was exactly the case with Paul and Kristen Tucker. Kristen decided to enroll in the “Meetings” program, while Paul went with the Online option. Either way, they were both following the Weight Watchers program, and both of them had amazing results using their plans. Kristen dropped a staggering 72 lbs, while got just past the 40 lb mark – pretty darn impressive if you ask me.
Here’s what Kristen had to say about how Weight Watchers has changed their lives:
Getting healthy together (using Weight Watchers) has made our relationship stronger. We make all our choices together. We’ll head to the grocery store together, go on walks with our family, or shop for a new wardrobe as a couple. We are living one amazing life.

How Does Freestyle OnlinePlus Work?
As we mentioned above, you have several options to choose from when deciding which Weight Watchers plan is best for you. The first one we’ll talk about is OnlinePlus. When you go to sign up for Freestyle Online, you’ll have three different options to choose from. Keep in mind, the time you enroll for, the more money you will save.
1- Month Plan
This Weight Watchers Plan starts at just $4.61 per week.
Starts at $4.22 per Week
Starts at $4.22 per Week, but Save an extra $30!
At last check, you could join for free with any of the plan options above, though, and also get paid $100 from Weight Watchers to lose weight and get your health back on track.
Meetings + OnlinePlus
Just like with the Online only plan, you will have several options to choose from when signing up for their OnlinePlus + Meetings program. Before going with this option, you will want to make sure that there are Weight Watchers meetings in your area, just so you know for certain that these in-person meetings will be an option for you.
If they do have meetings in your town, this is a great opportunity to connect with other Weight Watchers members, get support, and stay on track with your Freestyle goals.
Here are the Meetings + OnlinePlus plan options that they currently have available:
Starts at $10.38 per Week
Starts at $8.84 per Week
Starts at Just $7.99 per Week.
If you’re wondering if they have meetings in your town, navigate to the “Find a Meeting” tab at the official WeightWatchers website.
Personal Coaching Plans
This is considered to be Weight Watchers’ best program and gets you access to a personal weight loss and health coach who can help guide you on your journey.
As of now, you can only enroll in 1-month personal coaching plans. They start at $12.69 per week, which pencils out to be about $54.95 per month.
When you sign up for the Weight Watchers Freestyle personal coaching plan, there is no annual contract that locks you in, and it’s very easy to cancel. Plans do automatically renew every month, so keep that in mind for your record keeping.
What if Cancel Early on the 6-Month Plan?
If you do sign up for the 6-Month plan, it’s important to know that your account will automatically be billed the discounted fee every month, until your 6 months are up. After that, you will be charged their standard fee on a month-to-month basis, until you decide to cancel the program.
If you opt for the 6 months savings, you can also be dinged with an early termination fee, anytime you cancel within the first 5 months of your 6-month plan.
If you’re on the fence about Weight Watchers or aren’t positive you want to stick with it for a full 6 months, then it may be better to consider either the month-to-month plan or their 3-month Freestyle option, just to be on the safe side and to avoid any early termination fees.
DJ Khaled Freestyles?
Oprah is probably the most well-known Weight Watchers ambassador, but other stars have also jumped on the Freestyle bandwagon recently. The most notable probably being, music superstar, DJ Khaled.
Khaled says that WW Freestyle has helped him find a balance between a busy life on the road and raising a son at home. In spite of how busy he is, he says he has easily been able to maintain his new healthy eating habits with the help of the Freestyle program.
Khaled is loving the new Zero Points Freestyle foods and credits eggs, chicken, and sashimi for helping him lose weight and stay on track with his weight loss goals.

Their plan works, so as long as you’re following their system, you should be on track to hit your weight loss goals.
